eating healthy is about eating what is healthy like,fruits and vegetables.most people like to eat junk food like McDonald and KFC,but i think we should eat this foods once in awhile only.it is important to eat healthy as this will let us be more energetic for each day.,eating fruits and vegetable will give us fibre,protein and vitamins.for me,i lovde to eat fruits and vegetable becouse they are part of my lunch and dinner,even for breakfast i have fruits.some activities we can do is every plate of food comes with apiece of fruit.
